KTUF (Kenya-Tanzania-Uganda-France) partnership on Geothermal, AFD and AFPG are hosting an in-person technical session in Paris on January 20th, 2026

The purpose of this project is to support regional partners in strengthening the geothermal development pipeline, enhancing institutional coordination, and identifying actionable opportunities to accelerate geothermal utilisation for power generation and direct use.

By capitalising on the diversity of national experiences and the complementary expertise of the partners, this two-year project aims to address common challenges and jointly develop roadmaps for geothermal development, both for electricity production and direct uses (district heating, industry, agri-food, etc.).

Presentations will be in English, and attendance is free of charge.
